The master-planned community of Ladera Ranch is located on 4,000 acres of the Rancho Mission Viejo, a 23,000-acre working cattle ranch in the unincorporated area of south Orange County.

Ladera Ranch is bordered on the south by the City of San Juan Capistrano, on the west by the City of Mission Viejo, on the north by the community of Las Flores, and on the east by the remaining portions of the Rancho Mission Viejo.

Description: Ladera Ranch is a beautiful, view-oriented community that includes six villages and three mixed-use districts consisting of a variety of intimate neighborhoods defined by their very small scale, single entry access, thematic architecture, landscape character, product mix, and signature social/gathering places.

Ladera Ranch is expected to ultimately provide a broad spectrum of up to 8,100 homes ranging from apartments and townhomes to single-family detached homes, semi-custom home and large, estate-sized custom homesites. Also provided is one of the largest concentrations of green-oriented designed and constructed homes in the nation (within the Ladera Ranch village of Terramor).
