Professional, Courteous, Tenancious, Knowledgeable, Hard Working.....and so on.  These are only a few words to describe how Tim took care of Buisness and Dug in to get My Family the Home of Our Dreams! 

Everyone knows what a difficult Real Estate Market we are in.  With so many restrictions and red tape these days, we knew finding the right Realtor was a MUST.  Tim was a referral and we put him up against 5 of his peers.  We took this process very seriously as we knew this would be a major, Life Changing, decision.  After 6 interviews we knew Tim was our guy!  The decision was not taken lightly.  Every Realtor had great things to say and promissed the world.  Tim just had the hole package: Organized, Experienced, Convincing, Determined and, MOST of all, PASSION!!   It was clear that Tim really enjoyed what he does for a living.  It was clear that he loved people, relationships, negotiating/winning etc...

Now, with that said, it really wasn't just about the hour long interview.  Tim did what he promissed to do.  Before, and more importantly, after we signed with Tim, he followed through on what he said he would do.  Tim made time to show us properties on my schedule.  Tim had an awesome flyer put together for our house.  Tim walked us through the sale and the purchase contract with ease.   We're so glad we made the decision to go with Tim Wolter and his Team... We love our new Home!!
